We love the quiet country living, nestled just outside Odessa and Midland. Surrounded by hundreds of pecan and fruit trees, open sky, and wonderful sunsets we couldn't ask for more. And we don't think our tenants could either. Step outside your RV and forget that you are in a desert. Feel the warm West Texas breeze as you sit under the shade of a pecan tree in the summers. FAQ
How much is rent and a deposit?
Rent is dependent on the size of the RV you will be parking with us. Please call us for current openings and pricing on RV rent and deposits.
How long is the minimum stay?
S&K RV Park is a month to month park. There are no long term contracts. If you need to move after the 1st of the month we will generally pro-rate the rent for you. A 14 day notice is required for move out to avoid penalties.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept everything but American Express for move in deposits only. Rent must be cash, checks, or money orders only.
When is rent due?
Rent is due the 1st of each month, and is late on the 5th.
Can I pick my space?
While we are a 24 space RV park we only can provide the space that is currently open. This means that we cannot let you pick your space at the time of move in. All our spaces accommodate a 30 or a 50 amp RV.
Do you have on site facilities or amenities?
Yes we do! We have a FREE laundry room available to all our tenants during their stay with multiple washers and dryers. We only ask that you clean up after yourself. (Your mother doesn't live here). Electricity, water, septic, and trash is all included in the monthly rent. Tenants must provide their own satellite and internet services.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes we are! We love our animals and treat them like family, and would not ask you to ever choose between your stay and your pet. We only ask that you clean up their messes, and keep them on leashes while walking around the park and its facilities.
From 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, and just a good 'ol get together we love getting to know our tenants. We also understand that in the Oil Field industry it can be hard getting back to family for a holiday so we welcome you to ours during Holidays. We also have BBQs and other events just because!
